We want you to love your Louvey items. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

• Must be in original packaging

• Clearance and sale items are non-refundable

3. Exchange Policy

If you'd like a different size or item, request an exchange within the return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
